Think about it -- is there anything better than capturing first-hand feedback from your customers about the services you provide? How many of us think it is OK to work in the blind? Listening to "the voice of your customer" not only helps you fine-tune your business processes, it also lets you spread the word about the real-world value that your services deliver. Every time I've helped clients gather this kind of information from customers, it's been a win-win all the way around -- enriching the relationship, crystallizing value, bringing new insights, and ultimately growing the business!Kathy Wilsonhttp://www.linkedin.com/pub/kathy-wilson/1/122/1a7noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-421103307167502340.post-28940227995709987102013-04-11T16:47:39.791-07:002013-04-11T16:47:39.791-07:00Fabulous idea and now can't imagine why this h...Fabulous idea and now can't imagine why this hasn't been used before. Just think of the POWER testimonials have on book jackets..those "blurbs" sell more books than most other promotions, and a testimonial is often a "snapshot" of a book/product by a reader/user who's going out on a personal limb to recommend. That's even better for a business--a personal endorsement from a direct user. Would certainly make a believer out of me!Evie Prestonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-421103307167502340.post-9481512391104301302013-04-10T16:26:58.366-07:002013-04-10T16:26:58.366-07:00Great post, Tom. We should all be doing what we love and do best, not what we think we should be doing. Thanks again!Carol Costellohttp://www.carolcostello.netnoreply@blogger.com
